Dispatches from an oh-so-common passive-aggressive battleground: “the common area.”
So, whose side are you on?

It sounds like they both need to move their crap into their own rooms.

My Bologna Has A First Name
They both sound like jerks. What happened to a conversation?
Jun 5, 2007 at 4:19 pm rating: 1
i’m pretty sure they are both from the same person
Jun 5, 2007 at 5:08 pm rating: 3
nope, they do the “A”s differently. two different, but similar, handwriting sets.

BOLOGNA: Sorry, which two guys sound like jerks? I’m pretty sure those are parts one and two of the same message. WORD. J
Jun 5, 2007 at 6:20 pm rating: 6
It’s only one person: J.
Jun 5, 2007 at 6:49 pm rating: 3
I agree, these are from the same person; they’re both signed “J”, and they use the “U”, instead of you.
Jun 5, 2007 at 7:27 pm rating: 1
I agree. Word.
Jun 5, 2007 at 7:32 pm rating: 0
It is the same person, the 2 pages are beside each other. Word.
Jun 5, 2007 at 7:50 pm rating: 3
uhm…aren’t these by the same person? they’re both signed “J”…

I expect Bologna meant that Andy is also a jerk if he is messing with J.’s stuff.

Anyone with kids knows there’s a BIG difference between storing your crap underneath the table versus leaving your crap on top of the table.
If there’s paints on the table, where do I put my margarita?
Jun 5, 2007 at 10:57 pm rating: 0
Uhm, well, if the polite thing to do would not leave your shit everywhere. On the other hand, the right thing to do would take his shit off if you need it, then put it back when your done. Duh, your in college (I assume) use your head. -_-’

It depends. I mean, I can understand storing stuff in a common area on a shelf of a table (like how some tables have some shelves under them), but storing stuff on top of the table? How can the table then be used? Then again, if they’re on a table that’s not being used often, I can see that side, too.

I’m on Andy’s side.
under table = out of the way
on the table = in the way
common area = everyone cleans up their shit when they’re done with it.

I really, really, REALLY hate it when people use chatspeak, particularly in media that aren’t text messages that charge per character! For the love of FSM, people, it’s only TWO MORE LETTERS to write out “you”! If it’s that much of a strain, maybe you should go back to elementary school and learn to write cursive.

My housemates constantly move my shit from the common area to outside my door and it shits me to no end. And they move my shit cause that’s where they want to put theirs. Never mind that I own all the fucking furniture in the place.

Amen about the furniture.. I still live with my ex, since I haven’t found somewhere to go yet, and I don’t mind him sleeping in the living room on my couch(es), but if he smokes any more cigarettes in there Ima kill a bloke.
Wow. Sorry about that…
