Except that the letter is specifically intended to call her out for her behavior with the management of the building which had every reason to have an interest in her shenanigans, and SHE was the one who decided to make it public by having it posted here. Also, in most states, civil suits require that the “wronged” person prove that she (in this case) isn’t a drunk-driving, pot-smoking, raucous whore. Therefore, proving slander would be extremely difficult.

I like how, in attempting to sound educated, they have made unwittingly funny statements. “She was regurgitating to no extent all the way”. To no extent? So, what you’re saying, Condominium owners, is that at no point was she “regurgitating”. I am also assuming that by “regurgitating” they mean “vomiting”…

I dont think so- I believe her that the author of the note is exaggerating. Just look at the way (s)he says “Its bad enough we have to put up with those awful three people living together on section 8 on floor #9″ – section 8 being housing assistance for low income families. The author is probably some crazy old bat who doesnt want young or poor people living in her precious building. Seriously people, relax! She can drink what she wants to drink and fuck who she wants to fuck and if its keeping you up, call the police so at least you have some proof before you go running to tell her daddy! Thats messed up.
