I concur with Mieren. You’re kinda sexy regardless of whether you’re a woman or a man. But speaking of the maid, I actually found it quite funny that she left a note on the wish list. It is, afterall, a wish list is it not? She is simply expressing her innermost desires. There’s nothing wrong with that, is there?

Another thing, racism should never be tolerated whether it’s in reality or the web. It is very uncool to just assume that all cleaning ladies are “Hispanics.” Although, I do agree that if washing the dishes were not part of the agreement then she should bring it up in a more professional manner. Regardless, the note was funny as hell.

What freaks me out is our cleaning lady backstage at our theater has very similar handwriting and poor grammar. She also prefers leaving notes to actually cleaning. Cousins perhaps?

Superfan’s elitest comments make me want to choke a bitch.
I love his use of the words wonderful, America, and freedom in his post. Like he’s doing his patriotic duty by hiring someone to clean for him.
I am also entertained by his Jerry Springer like “What a bunch of jealous fuckers” comment. Sounds kinda like “Y’all just haters”, doesn’t it? But my favourite is when he finishes off with “Walk a mile in my shoes”.
Oh yes. You’re so hard done by, Mr. double income family man who’s wife does the cleanin’ except when we hire a small herd of cleaning ladies. Try walking a mile in your cleaning lady’s shoes. (or was it ladies? we’re not quite sure. Maybe she has to call in reinforcements to help on “I didn’t feel like doing the dishes” day)

Thank you for clearing that up for me Sweet Jane… my husband is a Computer Geek, so I guess that is where my mind automatically goes. But I wouldn’t know anything about Drama Nerds anyways, I always hung out with the “Stoners” in high school and we just made fun of the Drama Nerds, that was my extent of theater experience… that and playing Auntie Em in 6th grade play…
