I was going to be evicted my birthday weekend. People knew this. I needed to pony up hundreds of dollars I didn’t have just to keep from being homeless. Candles? Cause and effect. Some folks learn the hard way...etc.) though you don't need to go into all that detail. Declining on religious grounds is your right and lucky for you, any office with more than 15 employees has to, by law, respect your wishes.
