They unfairly grade papers by letting their biases getting in the way of giving actual constructive criticism, have a tendency to skip a few lectures and therefore can't even give clarification on the lecture notes, and complain that no one visits them during office hours, even though doing so would be no help anyway. While this is probably the University's fault in overloading the TAs, it doesn't give them any excuse for slacking off, especially the ones who have TA-ed classes before. In short, stop bitching, you basically get what you pay for, cheap tuition=cheap labor.
