The only time I’d drink on a water fountain is if I’m stranded in the middle of Sahara dessert.

How about:
“DO NOT touch your lips on the spout of the fountain (or the mouth of your drinking bottle). IT IS SOOOO VERY DISGUSTING! not to mention unsanitary and inconsiderate “
