BTW, I once thanked an airline attendant for being very helpful by complimenting her for “dispelling the stereotype.”
She, being of a complexion associated with a minority ethnic distinction asked “what stereotype is that?”
“The stereotype that good looking people can’t be nice.”
Got a huge laugh, an invite to business class and what seemed to be extra warm smiles from the rest of the crew.

I work out. I consider myself fit. I may live a little longer but accept that statistically the extra time will be spent in the gym or on the running trails. Most of us who work out do it to feel better. Most of us feel good enough not to rudely comment on anyone else’s appearance or physical fitness. The cat who is compelled to make such comments deserves grig’s mind f**k. They’re asking for it, man. They truly perpetuate the stereotype that us good looking people can’t be nice.
