My friend’s mother once made a couple of grand selling a cemetery plot after she changed her mind about where she’d like to be buried. She got a taste for the easy cash and now does a brisk business in cemetery plot trading. All very discreetly of course.

There’s a cemetary in my hometown called “Mount Ever-Rest”. I always thought it was a little tasteless… but kind of amusing.

The passive-aggressive tone I got from it was, “Since she couldn’t just get buried like we’d already planned and had to go off and have herself cremated, now we’re stuck with the plot without any dead body to put in it.” I think the improper punctuation only added to the emphasis in “so we aren’t using this, now.”
