I wish there was more to this story. In a world where 1 in 4 girls are molested or raped before graduating college, I’d like to know that Paul just made her eat her veggies and the internet doesn’t think possible abuse is passive aggressive or funny.

I was going with stepdad/mom’s-new-boyf (hence the afterthought-like inclusion of “Dad”, presumably out of the picture). Altho that exposes whole new vistas of uncomfortable possibility regarding the complaint against Paul, ones which are perhaps best left unexplored.
