I caught my neighbor in a similar act once. The people next door to me had a small dog that they let run loose all day. Apparently the woman at the end of the street had had enough of “Baby” crapping on her lawn, because she came down the block one day with a pile from her own golden retriever on a paper plate. She saw me watching and explained that she was just “returning the favor.”
