I wonder if this is the Jason in my building in L.A. At any given time, there are at least a dozen carts from the Ralphs on our street in our building that have been brought in by our building's residents. Of course they never bring them back, but the building's housekeeper does push them all onto the grass in front of our building about once/week.

It took 5 years to get my next door neighbor to stop leaving several carts in front of my door. He pushes them into the middle of the elevator room now and threw a shit fit when I asked him to put them in the parking lot, especially since I'm the only one who pushes them out of the way so any of us can actually get into or out of the elevator. Our building is filled with assholes like that and the HOA doesn't care, probably because they're lazy filthy unemployed slobs whose daddies pay for their Lexuses.

That's probably for the best, since nothing's more ghetto than getting suckered into a sign war over an anonymous, scribbled insult.

Ah. Apartment Living. PA Neighbors. PA Roommates. PA Landlords. The bigger question is did PA behavior begin at apartments or at the office?

There's a special layer of hell for people who don't return shopping carts. I get angry when I see carts all over the parking lot taking up spaces, let alone in apartment buildings.

My standard of what is art has become "Would I have at least gotten a C- on this my art classes in college?". I feel that this would've I think this would've gotten an F+ (The plus is for the potential excuse of channeling Marcel Duchamp.), so I don't know that I could consider this art.

This one hits me right in the ol' heart, it does. We have many apartments behind our house where the landlord made an agreement with the county to allow ex-prisoners to live in the apartments as part of a "fresh start" program or whatever they call it here. So every few months we get new neighbors coming in and undoubtedly we get drug dealers, wife beaters, etc. It's awesome.
Anyways, someone has been going to the grocery store across the street (as in it's a 3 minute walk if you're walking slowly) and bringing back their goods in a cart. Where do they leave the carts? In front of MY FENCE, all clumped together and in the way of their own driveway. If I ever catch someone putting their cart there I am going to shoot their eye out (or at least give 'em hell).
