I’ve noticed we don’t tend to sue each other as much over here as in the US.
But he IS a silly sausage, so his employment tribunal would probably get thrown out anyway.

Can’t speak for other countries, but in the USA most people say Asian instead of Oriental. Usually, the older someone is, the more likely they are to say Oriental. I’ve never really understood how Oriental came to be thought of as racist.

Of course, back home, we don’t use either. Because we say Japanese, or Okinawan, or Chinese or Korean or whatever.
Because in Hawai’i we can actually tell what everyone is. (unless they’re haole, then we have no clue. )

No, *you* have to give them credit for that. WE only have to point out that there's nothing criminal about viewing porn websites. Nor about misusing your employer's computer in that way. (It can get you canned, escorted off the premises, heck probably even sued... but that still doesn't make it illegal!) ...Wait. How does a criminal defense lawyer not already know that? Wow…lots of people got themselves worked up over nothing. Argue over your white liberal guilt all you want. Who gives a rat’s ass what you call someone? We all taste salty and a little funky (depending on whether you were just playing sports and haven’t showered or maybe you have, but you are just nasty) at times of the day.

Call me what you will. I’ve been “Colored”, “Negro”, “Black”, “Afro-American”, “African-American” and a list of unmentionables in my relatively short life (“Niggra” always warms my heart).
But I’ve always been me, and I’m good with that.

Don’t get bent out of shape over labels. Those change…you should be true to yourself, not some label.
