Ricky Gervais, the guy who is behind the office (BBC original one), is the maker of the series, and usually it is him who comes off second best.
He gets brilliant extras on Extras, including Robert De Niro, Daniel Radcliffe (playing a randy boyscout) and David Bowie.

I don’t think it did, Wade. The reservation system is pretty rigorous with data protection. I hope it has sorted itself out–now it’s been 12 hours since it blue screened.
I think I may start taking notes on my work conversations to send in to notalwaysright. I especially like the guests who claim the bed is not the size we say it is. Um, if it’s not a queen, then how come the queen-sized sheets fit it, ma’am?

beer is good. chocolate is good.
I don’t know if this was a hit in the states or not, but it lends itself to the note on the main thread, I think.
The first line:
I don’t want you to talk ,
the chorus… something involving a brawl.
Anyway.?There should be a *shrugs* emoticon.
The north of Oz gets some pretty wicked cyclones and flooding, but the population is sparse.

Wisconsin seems to have actually had less stormy weather than usual, although that’s just me going on feel, I don’t have any data on that.
I will be doing the web stuff at the developer’s office and probably eventually at home. This computer is needed for the reservation system and bookkeeping.
The way RB described that chocolate made me think it was worth the 45 minute drive to the closest Trader Joe’s.

Hey Wade ♥
Hope you’re not in danger of floating away!
The computer seems to be behaving itself now, but I figured I better check out the stability while browsing the Internet.
I am stooping to making frozen-dough scones today. Partly because it’s faster and partly because the dough is chocolate chunk and I don’t have any chocolate chips to make scones from scratch. I really want some chocolate today!

Good, that you don’t feel so bad. Cats can live to 19 or 20, though, but 13 is old. I guess as long as they are not in pain. They tend to have their own schedules, and it seems that they will often wait to say goodbye, and then they can go…if it is at that stage.
If not, he might have a few more years where he enjoys life. Let’s hope so

He is old, 13 at least (not sure because he was an adult when I got him). I’m going to wait to see what that vet has to say. Up until a couple of months ago when he started losing weight, he has been a very healthy cat. I don’t feel so bleak about it today–I was obviously badly in need of sleep yesterday.
But no, I’m not one to spend thousands of dollars only to keep him alive a few months or something. And the vet is good, she won’t try to pressure me into anything.
