I have not been over to flickr forever! I will go see all the fun!
We had a very short vacation this year. Went away for three days to lay in the sun in Eastern Oregon. Had a very relaxing time. I took pictures, but had to use the 35mm camera, the digital one is borken. Of course I may get them developed by next summer.
I do have a cute picture of the Mr. from a few weeks ago to put up though. heheheee!
Mr. has no flex in his work. Seldom do they have another machine operator.

I had a very nice vacation, thanks, fan, but it was shorter than we really wanted to do because of The Motorcycle’s work conditions. I have a few pictures up on Flickr.
I am NOT overworked–I only work about 30 hours a week. I just get annoyed at work because no one knows how to do anything. I will be having more office ours and fewer kitchen hours, which is fine, more hours, which is ok, and more weekend, which is not so swell. What is really the problem is that she has constructed the schedule in such a way that if any cook or innkeeper needs a day off it will be very difficult, as she has people shoe-horned in and very little flexibility.
Hiring a new person would mean placing an ad and interviewing people and explaining the job, and so therefore that would be too too horrible for a manager to do. If she did hire a new person, I would undoubtedly be the one to train them, however. I like training, so that would be good.
