    I’m so glad ‘rilla cleaned in here… I just mopped the floor, cleaned the bathroom, mowed and raked with my boys for 3 hours, took the leaves to the leaf drop off (2 trips), showered and went to the store to get stuff for dinner, and now I have to cook it. What I really want to do is nap.

    We had a nice night. We took a take-and-bake pizza over to my sister’s, she plied us with beer, we played four-handed cut-throat sheepshead, my BIL was the big winner, and my sis was the big loser. I was also negative, but the Motorcycle finished up, which was good because he is very competitive and really, really cares about winning card games. I can have fun whether I win or lose. I love playing cards.

    I had 4 kids with one group of parents. :-(

    I even had the scary music playing and the flashing ghoul head in the window…talk about advertising free candy!

    I saw a lot of costumed kids that I thought their parents were taking trick-or-treating, but I guess they were taking them to Halloween parties.

    The olden days are dead and gone, and I have a bunch of Reese’s, Kit Kats, Laffy Taffy and Milk Duds.

    $23 of candy I guess I’ll give to my mom to donate at her church.

    Right now they are completely vegging in front of the tv, with iPods, cell phones, and laptops all close at hand. If only they could multitask that effectively when I ask them to clean their rooms.
