If Milwaukee wants to draw tourists they might consider moving the entire city to Fiji.
If the Rock and Roll hall of fame can’t draw tourists to Cleveland I seriously doubt that a giant Arthur Fonzarelli will increase visitation to Milwaukee.
I’m not saying Cleveland is better than Milwaukee, mind you but they’re both on the clearance rack at the big city discount outlet.

Hey Claw…
She was shaved in the true tradition of most fan-art creators also having a penchant for young girls. The Mister also likes Jessica Rabbit and Ariel. I find it disturbing, only because I have gone as both of those characters for Halloweens past before I met the Mister and never considered anyone would have enough of a toon fetish to feel me up and scream “I LOVE YOU PRINCESS ARIEL!!!” (which they did).
I had pink pubes once, back when I dyed my hair every few days. That may be TMI for some of you, and for those of you its TMI for I say…*thhhhhhp*.

I wouldn’t mind adjusting her policy. She can raise my rates anytime.
Hey, did that picture reveal whether or not Erin’s carpet matches the drapes? Did she have a pink landing strip or is she a full Brazilian kind of girl? Either works for me, but I’ve never seen hot pink pubes before. Gray pubes on grandma, and my mom’s looked a little rasta. I dated a girl in college with corn rows down there but no pink pubes. Not yet, anyway.

HA! Murderface.
As a select few of you know, I am absolutely obsessed with black metal music (in an ironic way). When I first saw Dethklok I was managing a Hot Topic and we got these pre-release DVDs of the show before it was aired on Adult Swim. I took it home and professed my undying love for Brendon Small (because I thought nothing could come close to Home Movies in all of its glory and yet, yet! Something came close. And it was Dethklok).
Hi Gwynn, Ive heard a lot about you but have never met you!

See, a spin off usually takes one character from the original and puts them in a new environment… like Joey, but usually better… like Fraiser.
The Flintstones wasn’t a spin off, it was inspired by the Honeymooners, a pretty big difference if you ask me… The Jetsons, also the same, it just took the idea to the other end of the spectrum (or time line, if you will) and added a few kids and a dog. And no neighbor now that I think about it… so maybe The Jetsons was inspired by something else.
as for the threesome, that’s not that bad on the scale of some of the fantasy ones I have heard over the years…
May 14, 2008 at 10:25 am
Comment #49447
So does The Flintsones count as a spin-off of the Honeymooners? And does The Jetsons count as a spin-off of the Flintstones?
And does it make me a pervert that I’d really like to have a threesome with Betty Rubble and Jane Jetson?

I don’t know much about scraping foetus either. But there’s a little reading. Nothing to do with Aphex Twin.
I know nothing about this: Little known fact: Finger Eleven was formerly known as The Rainbow Butt Monkeys.
Neither if you are serious or not. Google time.

Larry David was the creative force behind Seinfeld and he only made cameo appearances. David took inspiration from Jerry’s comedy routine and Jerry contributed. You’ll notice that Jerry’s acting ability improved as the show went on and the writing picked up because Jerry and David relinquished control of the script to television veterans who sped things up.
I thought Scraping Fetus of the Wall was a Statler Brothers’ song.
Little known fact: Finger Eleven was formerly known as The Rainbow Butt Monkeys.

Yet, Seinfeld wrote Seinfeld, no? Not my area of expertise, and I know it was a different premise.
They also got out before they got really lame. MASH seemed to go on for a lot more series than Seinfeld - but I remember it with Trapper John (and the spin off, vaguely). Did used to zip along. But I wasn’t an adult when I watched it.
May 14, 2008 at 9:34 am
Comment #49438
I think Happy Days actually has the most spin-offs if you limit the criteria to exclude “franchises” like Law & Order, CSI and reality shows. Of course Happy Days stopped being good long before it spun shows off and that’s why every spin off was forgettable.
MASH had the strangest spin-off with Trapper John MD, which was loosely tied to the original series through the title character. Trapper, however, was now old and responsible –not the lovable drunk depicted in MASH.
Of course MASH got preachy as Alan Alda took more creative control of the script. People like Gary Burgoff (Radar) got big heads and left to pursue independent projects. In Gary’s case it was a series of SOHIO commercials. Way to go.
In my opinion most shows seem to have a limited shelf life. The really good ones seem to take a season or two to get chemistry among the cast. Cheers and Seinfeld were like that. Of course those two shows managed to last for years without getting stale but that was because nobody ever tried to take things seriously. MASH and Happy Days tried to deliver social messages. Happy Days made Fonzie lame! How do you take a cool character like The Fonz and turn him into a pansy?
Friends lost me after the third season and by the time it went off the air I wanted the entire cast to die in a building fire. If they ever have a Friends reunion show I think I’ll kill myself. And whoever came up with “Joey” should be forced to join me.
I think that the trick is to fire writers every two or three years and to keep the actors out of the creative process. L&O SVU sucks royal balls because Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni want to “show their range” what they do is create soap opera characters that need to be killed off.

I don’t know if it was so big in Oz, Mishee - though I do know the show, but I never watched it if it was on (does that make sense?)
We had the British invasion then too. Shows like “Some Mothers do ‘ave ‘em”, and “Dad’s Army” - they were similar in tone to “All in the Family”, I think - or “Dad’s Army” was. And I think that Alf Garnett in ‘Till Death do us Part’ was similar to Archie Bunker.
I remember “Soap”. My folks used to watch that
