less than sign followed by your text followed by less than sign will make your text bold. Substitute letter i for letter b for italics.
NO SPACES EXCEPT YOUR TEXT, NO QUOTATION MARKS FOR THE b AND i.

Nope.
When you want to bold something, type <b>. Then, put your text in there (you don’t need to put spaces after the bracket). Then, to stop doing bold, type </b>

All right. Here we go.
To bold something:
<b>Whatever Text</b>
Now, the first b tag turns on bolding, then the /b tag turns it off.
To get italics, do the same above, just use i instead of b.
If you want more than one thing applied, turn them on one at a time (≶b>, etc.), then turn them off (≶/b>) from the inside-out.
So, if you did bold italic Text, turn off italic then bold after the text.
